1. Who is responsible

Crystel HK Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong, runs velaris.crystel.biz for buyers outside Israel. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, what you bought and the amount paid. You enter these on Stripe's payment page. We use them to ship your order, contact you about it, handle returns and warranty claims, and keep the records the law requires. Your card number is processed by Stripe and never reaches us.
• When you send the wholesale form: the details you fill in (business, name, email, phone, country, city, type of business, quantity, website, message). We use them to answer your enquiry and send a quote.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write, to answer you.
• When you browse: see section 4 on cookies.

3. Who else handles your data

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Cloudflare: hosting of this website and storage of wholesale enquiries.
• Google: our email (Google Workspace) and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics.
• Our shipping company: your name, address and phone number, to deliver the parcel.
• Meta and Microsoft: only if you accept cookies and only once we run advertising with them.

These companies may process data outside your country, including in Hong Kong, China and the United States.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies.

• If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics may still receive a count of the visit without cookies or identifiers.
• If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits, and advertising tags (Meta, Microsoft) may be loaded to measure our ads.

Your choice is kept in a cookie for 180 days. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Wholesale enquiries and emails are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up on any business that results.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
