1. Who sells the stand

Orders placed on velaris.crystel.biz outside Israel are sold by Crystel HK Ltd, a company registered in Hong Kong. Contact us at [email protected] about an order, or [email protected] for anything else.

Orders from Israel are handled separately on the Hebrew site and are not covered by these terms.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The Velaris 8800 costs $69.00 per stand. Shipping is charged per stand and depends on the destination country; the full total, including shipping, is shown on the order page and again on the payment page before you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach us. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds; you then see a confirmation page with your payment reference.

Up to 5 stands can be bought in one online order. For larger quantities, see wholesale pricing.

3. Shipping

Stands ship from China, one parcel per stand, to the countries listed on the order page. The shipping address must be in the country you chose when ordering.

For Germany, France, Italy and Spain the shipping price includes import VAT, as shown on the order page. For other destinations, any import duties or taxes charged by your country on arrival are paid by the buyer.

For the status of your order, write to [email protected] with your payment reference.

4. Returns: 14 days

You can return stands within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

• Email [email protected] with your payment reference before sending anything. We reply with the return address.
• You pay the cost of sending the stands back.
• We refund the price of the returned stands and, when the whole order is returned, the original shipping charge, to the card you paid with, within 14 days of receiving the stands.

5. Warranty: 1 year

The Velaris 8800 has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery. If a stand fails because of a defect in materials or manufacture, we replace it or refund it.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or use outside the specification: bikes over 90 kg, or tyres narrower than 18 mm or wider than 65 mm.

To make a claim, email [email protected] with your payment reference and a photo of the problem.

This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, and does not limit them.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown here on the day you paid.
